Pretty much every useless, whiny damsel in distress ever.

Also, everyone whose motto is "How would I derail or inhibit the plot today?"

Clingy girls who just won't shut up as well.

I hate a lot of characters actually, but the one irritating me the most would be that whatsherface clingy large breasted muggle schoolgirl of Shakugan no Shana fame. (Oh wait it's Yoshida) How much I hate her? I can't watch the second season because she's in there that much.

Although, I admit I didn't like her much in the beginning, but over time she's really grown to by heart~

Akira Kogami from Lucky Star's my candidate for my least favourite anime character. First I thought it was pretty cute and funny, but as the episodes progressed... uh. Do I even need to explain? =w=;
Perhaps my dislike made the scene when Minoru Shiraishi did an epic ALL CAPS RAGE and wrecked the whole studio even heaps awesomer. I laughed my ass off. She got what she deserved, and how! xD
Please note that I don't hate Akira. I'm mature enough not to hate fictional characters. owo

Ishihara and Dr. Sasaki from Rainbow
Yuuna Seiran and Hiene from Gundam Seed Destiny
Claude Faustus from Kuroshitsuji II
Shiki from Togainu no Chi

Everytime I see these characters on screen I have the strong urge to want to punch something close to me. I despise these characters and the really tick me off everytime they open their mouths or even show their faces.

Mayoi Hachikuji because she is a loli. Her whole story in Bakemmonogatri wasted hours because I Hitagi said only Araragi can see her after an episode or so (because I thought she can see her orz), before her oddity is solved. But her part in the Monogatari series where Araragi travelled in time, and didn't met Mayoi at the past, get killed by Hanekawa, Shinobu conquers the earth. And Mayoi grew up to an adult doesn't sound bad.
