Lo you tried that trick on me with remilia, I actually like the touhou characters cause of the comedic gags...Remilia is my fav cause of her power, mainly her spear...

Well, since the SA patch came out, i've been motivated to play this more. Just finished 1cc normal with all shoot styles. Time to fail extra stage for the next few days.

Cirno = stage 2
Rumia = stage 1

Rumia tries to show her fingers, however it only appears as though she has 3 fingers on each hand on her sprite, this is referenced to in Marisa's scenario.

Basically, she was (6) until StB, when 2chan ruled out the idea that she is missing fingers.

Less than a week before ZUN unveils UFO's demo. The third picture in the blog post is intriguing, as well as the supposed cricket youkai shown as a boss.

I'm not going to be surprised if he hid "Space Invaders" somewhere on the demo or when he releases the full version.

None as of yet. I know both PoFV and StB are in progress, though. No information that I know of that SWR is being translated.

i have a fast question to touhou games like perfect cherry blossom^^

i dont know the complete movement.

arrow keys -> move
Y -> shot
x (on german keyboard) -> Special thing

but whats with the rest?
how can i change between focused shoot (beam) and non focused and the other things?

hope you can help

I don't think there is, but many SWR/IaMP-style characters have been made for MUGEN, such as Flandre, Cirno and EX Reimu. Google MUGEN if you're interested (Although it'll take a long time to gather a good amount of characters and stages).

That Touhou cinema thing was pretty boring, I spent ages looking for subs only to find that it actually contains no dialog. The OP was epic though.

Thanks for reminding me how bad I am at touhou(mostly due to lack of playing). Once I understood the UFO system I could at least clear normal. No continue.

Just get more green UFOs and learn to deathbomb. If you can't do the latter, then you should focus on green. If you can do it constantly and end up with zero bombs in stock whenever you lose a life, then either red or green should be fine. If you need Power, get a multicolor and have it absorb a whole lot of Points. Try not to get Blues until you master the game mechanics - points won't grant Extends.

And I thought neo had a linky to the UFO demo earlier.

Also, I suck hard at SWR. I don't know any combos, damn it!

1. DL this tool

and extract
2. open cmd window then drag "xp3-extract.exe" to cmd window <space>
3. drag this too "data.xp3" <space>
4. last one is destination.. type it manually e.g "C:\TPWE"
5. the song should be in the BGM folder with .ogg format

He said "maho" which could be short for "mahou" meaning "magic", or it could be referencing Himeko from PaniPoni Dash. Since "a" and "ma" look fairly similar, he also could have misspelled the Japanese slang for asshole.

In other news, my Hamachi is being a dick. It always stops with two green dots and complains about port-forwarding even though all ports point to my PC.

And GOD DAMMIT READ THIS DOUJIN.

PCB Easy is like EoSD Normal or IN Normal in difficulty. If you can 1cc that, 1ccing PCB Normal should be just a small jump away.

And I warn you now: only Lyrica (the red one) is available to you at the start of PoFV. Lunasa and Merupo will have to wait until you can beat Extra twice (once with Komachi, once with Shikieiki - and that requires Clearing all the characters on a single difficulty level).

SWR has been pretty epic recently. Here's a match between Kasada and myself. (I kinda picked the most one-sided looking match, but the result of all the yuyuko vs. reimu battles were the same) (Kasada picked the match)

I *really* need to improve so I can actually have a chance against someone in SWR.

So far, my best character has been Komachi, so I'll keep practicing up with her until I hopefully have somewhat of a better chance against people.

Ha ha, that certainly is an awesome medley. It reminds me of when the internet would never have been considered for musical talent.

In other news, the dialog in UFO has been translated and is viewable on TouhouWiki. Be warned as the translations may contain minor spoilers and/or nude men, sacrilege and robbery.
