Finally watched some anime while they were airing...
Mikadono Sanhimai wa Angai Choroi (7/10)
This was your average harem with guy trying to help out the girls and girls go head over heels. But I specially liked the individual stories behind the three girls. A good story of 3 geniuses, and overcoming their own troubles. The animation was so-so, VAs were fitting for the characters. Overall, pretty good.
DANDADAN S2 (8/10)
1 question: HOW DOES THIS MAN (okarun) KEEP PULLING??? I also love my boy fatty. Mofo got a whole ass buddha voltron to fight the kaiju. Absolute cinema. Season 3 already coming soon.
Bad Girl (6/10)
I got Yuri-baited

. But the problem wasn't that, the VAs felt like their really forcing the voice (specially Atori). The animation was also so-so, didn't like the OP but slightly liked the ED. Nothing much to say except average. The jokes also kinda fell flat. You could maybe get a chuckle every now an then but that's it.
Witch Watch (7/10)
The anime ends this Sunday but I've already read the manga so I'll say this.
I HATE URON MIRAGE! Holy balls that part was so boring. I wouldn't have mind if it was made for making some jokes but no, they went a full serious tone on it and then put a single punchline at the end which felt stale cuz I was just lost. I overall didn't really liked the teacher - student manga making. Again, it felt like a drag.
The rest of the show was fine. The gags gave me a laugh as it should. The story went completely over my head. 2 eps of fanservice, which is good that there's not so much of it. I liked Kanshi's dialect. The accent makes it a tad bit funnier.
Sakamoto Days S2 (6-7/10)
Season 2 felt more like the most average shounen you could find. Rankings on hitmen, the same running gag, ofc we're doing an exam now. Different enemies, fight them one by one. I didn't hate the characters, I liked the film reel guy tbch, it's just... not unique. The action was kinda kickass though I'll give it that. VAs were okay too ig.
I'm probably gonna go read the manga cuz before I watched the anime, I read about 20 chaps and I immediately noticed that the anime skipped some scenes. Probably because there wasn't enough budget to animate cuz the art on the manga is goddam fire. I'm not saying the anime was bad per-say, I was maybe hoping for the story to be something slightly different.
Grand Blue Dreaming S2 (8/10) (9 for the comedy alone)
"Are you guys friends?"
"It depends"
I am so glad peak is back after what 7 years? The jokes hit as hard as season 1 did. I'm also kind of liked the friendship between my boy iori & kouhei. I honestly love the characters, they're just too hilarious.
Everything else was pretty okay. Okay OP, banger ED. Great voices. Mid animation. I am looking so forward for season 3.
There's no freaking way I'll be your lover! Unless... (7/10)
Not yuri-bait this time

. Main female lead is pretty much bocchi but a bit lesser on the introverted part (comparatively). Now, from the 3 girls, I mainly liked Ajisais' part of the story because it had more depth to it. The other two gals were okay. There's obviously fanservice. There's one scene in particular I'd like to mention but I'll just keep that to myself.
Pretty okay VAs (Ajisai could maybe pitch her voice lower maybe.) Okay OP, Banger ED yet again. Something I noticed weird in the animation was the fast cuts. It didn't happen all the time but there's a few moments when scenes change really quickly, which I honestly liked. And ofc we're going to get a "sequel" to see kahos' side of things which I am kinda looking forward to.
