It sounds like your scores.dat/osu!.cfg have been lost/modified.. Can you open scores.dat in notepad and see how many lines it contains? It should have one for every local replay.

I'm not 100% sure, but at one point local replays were broken. I *think* I fixed it before I left though...

Have you tried updating the beatmap to latest? It happens to me every now and then, I just update the beatmap and it's back to normal.
