It won't be entirely Accuracy >> all. But Combo weights too heavy right now. We are trying to rebalance that now. It won't be like mania, neither like Taiko. osu!stream is a good starting point, but we need to balance that out properly, so Combo still matters - just not as much as it does right now.

osu-web uses the PHP-framework Laravel. You may want to look that up and accustomize yourself with its way of working. Then you should have better orientation of where to start.
