Well Reimu is just the main playable character, and the song is based on 1st stage OST. Other than that there is no other relation.
Welp, Reimu is the main character in all touhou parts (except x.y). Guess in tags should be Yuyuko Saigyouji, because we're going in Hakugyokurou :)
