Hello, this is a veto.

I don't believe this map fits into the ranking section in its current state due to some important concerns I have which are:

Insane, Lunatic and top difficulty are way too similar to each other despite the concept you used, not providing any diversity at all between the difficulties.
These three difficulties are literally only a circle going to the same direction over and over, I don't believe this kind of concept is reasonable enough to go into the ranked section, since this way you're not providing any contrast or emphasis change that reflects what the song is actually doing in the background (lacking in song expression overall), rhythm alone isn't working in this case when movement is pretty much all the same for the entire difficulty. I don't believe the reasoning of the mapper's intention is valid enough to justify mapping only to the rhythm and ignoring all the other important key elements that make a beatmap.
I believe due to what I stated above that this set in its current status would set overall a bad example to the mapping community, as in that as long as there's a concept behind a map anything could be ranked, I wouldn't consider this the case since this kind of concept could be easily replicated by anyone, a concept can work well if implemented nicely but due to the difficulties being too similar to each other and the patterning being just a circle repeating itself over and over, this doesn't fit to be a valid concept for rankability imo, this would better be fitting for a loved map rather than a ranked one.
Also I've seen the reasoning posted by the mapper #3027399/8222393 here and I don't think sacrificing so many aspects of this beatmap on every difficulty is working as it should due to the various limitations I already stated above (same pattern repeating over and over in every difficulty and lack of song representation). I find Saggin's concerns valid so another reason why I'm vetoing this is because this needs further discussion overall, as there's still many mixed opinions as if this kind of concept is actually fine for ranked or should be allowed only for loved.

EDIT: The solutions that can be applied in order to solve all the points I mentioned are:

Give some diversity between Insane, Lunatic and top difficulty: as in, not only provide different rhythm overall but also different patterning in each difficulty in order to keep the concept but also provide a different experience for each difficulty without resulting in each difficulty being too similar to the other (a cool idea could be to follow a different pattern scheme for each difficulty for example instead of the same one).
Change the flow/movement overall in each difficulty in order to not be too repetitive throughout the difficulties (You can keep following the type of structure/patterning you want but I believe it would be beneficial if you also change spacing to reflect what the song is doing - like, if you wanna keep using the circular pattern, you could either make it smaller or larger based on the intensity of the part instead of it being always the same).
