consider finding a higher resolution for the background, im pretty sure even just screenshotting the MV can achieve a better result
i do think bg quality could be improved, i can see some of the noise/haziness, see if screenshotting the vid again works
hs volume need some clean up and has room for improvement i think.
firstly there's like a lot of odd 5% volumes on 1/2 ticks which were also applied to lower diffs which shouldn't be (muting on normal diffs bruh)
few odd green lines 00:22:216 - 00:25:549 - 03:19:235 - that had their volumes shifted down but should stay at the section's volume (60% here)
00:34:359 - could optionally be lowered cuz of the vocal build up, but the instrumentals might be an argument for the volume staying at 60
00:57:216 - 01:27:692, 02:28:644 - 02:43:882 and 02:51:501 - 03:06:740 - could stay at 70 cuz i'd still consider this an instense section
01:50:549 - 02:11:501 - couls be lowered for the quieter vocals
and i've seen a few 80%s around the map highlighting parts of the song, think more of these sudeen loud/quietness should be used as highlights for sounds like 00:40:073 - 01:19:359 - 01:48:644 - 02:12:930 - etc
might be worth syncro and vastly mapping the ending as well, considering it's really just like 4 measures, especially since the lower diffs already have them mapped
the video is really low quality rn, you can up the bitrate or encoding quality a bit more since you still have room in map file size (5MB + 3 min * 10MB = 35MB, currently using 25.1MB, see submission limitations)
song audio might be overencoded? either way the song is pretty quiet imo, are you able to find an alternate source?

probably a very minor detail but (from what ive heard), the artist's name is supposed to be written by taking as much space as possible, so by hitting the character limit. it could look kinda funny but maybe not worth up to you
