Not sure if I'm tripping but as far as I can tell there's only one finisher at 00:03:288 throughout this diff? Not that its not allowed, but I think you could add some more finishers throughout the map to make it more interesting to play, in my opinion at least.
Here are some of my finisher suggestions (feel free to alter around if you have a better idea):
00:14:451 / 00:25:614 / 00:47:939 / 00:53:521 / 01:15:846 / 01:43:753 / 01:54:916 / 02:06:079 / 02:28:404 / 02:33:986 - for start/end of a segment + cymbal sound
02:31:195 / 02:32:242 - finisher these two for miku scream if you want~
true its time for me to go back to the era where i finisher'd like every note for no reason (but these fit so it aint that bad :3), applied all on kantan and some on futsuu
The break spots in the kiai feel a little forced. I think things would feel much more natural if you stuck to a simple "xxx xxx xxxxx(break)" pattern throughout both of them. Giving a pic example below.
