your Oshihen nante Yurusanai! map is completely fine since the youtube video only stated "covered by かぴ"

however Kawaikute Gomen and this song both had (feat. かぴ) present in the title rather than Honeyworks feat. かぴ

so since there is a clear formatting as shown by the Youtube vids, i think it should follow the original source

It does seem like this would be the correct formatting for this song according to both YouTube (see link above) and niconico (https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm42704574), even if it doesn't match other songs of the same artist (unfortunately they tend to be inconsistent with how they format artist and title names), but there are a few other ones where the same formatting is used, such as Kawaikute Gomen as mentioned previously, and also https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDx0YtRGe_k.

Regarding Capi vs. capi, I also wasn't able to find any references supporting the uppercase writing, but there are several instances of it written all lowercase, as shown in the thread linked above and things like https://lit.link/en/coffeecapi. Strangely, there is only one mapset that follows this, all the others use the capitalized version, but I think ranked consistency doesn't take precendence over the technically correct version.

However, according to 2055504#4033260 the title should be romanized as Sukitchuu no!, but you could add the current romanization to the tags for searchability.
