00:21:402 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - The spacing change isn't that noticeable in the pattern, how about to reduce 00:21:876 (1,2,3) - spacing a little bit more for consistency with other patterns like that?
02:05:929 (1) - From gameplay perspective, I don't think that this slider shape should be in this difficulty. Let me explain:
As a player, you will most likely to move your cursor like this: https://imgur.com/a/z2gdsvd but due to the very high SV (5x) the sliderball moves so fast that at this point it will be located somewhere here: https://imgur.com/a/C8yuQGk which will cause a sliderbreak.
I think to solve this, you can use more linear shape so a player will instinctively predict the movement and slow their cursor. Up to that, i'd add a special curve at the part where the slider changes its speed for it to be more noticeable.
