01:01:274 (1,1,2) - these are whistled this way due to how explicitly loud the synth in the bg is in comparison to piano, its also emphasized through the pattern choice, so i'd keep the hs as is
i think you should check out the distances between some notes and patterning, some feels pretty akward to play and others pretty fitting the song, suggesting a change on 1/8 streams, some of them looks strange
i won't point out every note, but in general i find too many things to re-check
anyway, i enjoyed it at some parts like the second kiai! :3
also personal feedback but i think you shouldn't use hypersliders on slow sections except for high-notes on the start of the high pitch making it a bit wiggly with some little hyperdashing to represent the start of those high sounds with some variations
