Your NC usage from 00:15:215 - to 00:23:317 - is not that good i would say, in 00:15:215 (4,5,1) - it's better to use a (1,2,3) pattern instead of applying a reset on the last note of it, same goes for the other triplets
id rather just keep my ncing to every bell sound for the most part, with ur method its ncing on the softer whistle sounds which i dont really think need that much emphasis
Map is fine, but the thing is that your 1/4 spacing in the kiai is really huge. I know it's a slow song, but that really isn't a reason to have gigantic 1/4 gaps. Not much I could say, a lot of other errors were already pointed out. Good job! ^^
The entire first section of the map from 00:00:544 (1) till 00:13:682 (2) everything is mapped with sliders(baring like a single circle) which is kind of boring. I would suggest trying to at least mix up the rhythm a bit. An example of this would be replacing this 00:06:675 (2) super slow slider with two 1/1 circles perfectly stacked. You don't lose anything by doing this and only makes this part of the map a little bit more engaging for players as it can be pretty boring to only play long sliders.
This is also something to just keep in mind in general for the future. Finding a reasonable excuse to mix up rhythm is almost always a good thing. I keeps everything just a bit more interesting for someone playing the game and is a good way to break up the monotony of some parts of a song.
I applied the timestamp you mentioned and added some 1/2 to the second round of piano to simulate like more dense = music rising kinda idea
Also you can add "j-pop single final theme" to tags and remove "TV size" till it' already in title.)
Song name should be changed to "Shogeki" title should be romanized not translited. Also better find someone who specilists with j-metadata maybe it should be written as "Shougeki"
