A lot of the vocals in the intro are really airy and slurred as most clearly seen at 00:06:040 (1) - so i think that starting it at either point is correct

a bit incoherent in this section 00:52:101 (1) - : so there is some part where distance snap is 0,5x (00:52:404 (2,3) - ; 00:54:828 (1,2) - ) but some parts where the distance snap is way more high and it shouldn't be since there is no sound needing a higher spacing (talking about 00:53:010 (4,5,1,2) - ), spacing should be the same overall

I think i worded that a little wrong. I hear the guitar making a sound on each tick of the sliders at 01:19:171 (6) - and 01:21:596 (3) - But i feel to represent that part right would end up being awkward to play so i decided to go for the simpler rhythm of the ride cymbal you hear on every other 1/3 tick.

both ways fit, i just like it to be a bit simpler

It might not be entirely necessary but since there are only 3 1/6 bursts in the first half I think it's for the best that they're distinguishable at a glance from any other low spacing burst

03:42:101 (2,2) - This one's a bit debatable but I bring it up cuz your overal emphasis seems to be on the drums. You could change these two to repeating 1/4 sliders to get that triple drum sound without changing the active holds to represent the vocals. https://i.imgur.com/W7WUHlE.png

Overall emphasis in other places is generally the drums because it's the most interesting rhythm to map and play I think. Replacing those sliders with a repeat slider while technically representing both, I feel would just be awkward to play
Alternating which I follow every 4 beats is the best solution I came up with

Then after this part you can leave the whistles to help the build-up. I'm super bad in explaininig as you know by now but maybe you get what I mean haha :D
