[Problem]

Currently the snare.wav has 7 ms delay: https://mystic.s-ul.eu/bgOHetL2
According to the RC active hitsounds can't have a delay over 5 ms: https://osu.ppy.sh/help/wiki/Ranking_Criteria#rules.4

So you don't have to worry about it yourself I clipped the file for you to eliminate the delay: https://mystic.s-ul.eu/elY2QcsV
