remove tags 4k mania because they are redundant
doesn't the rc state "Each non-standard playstyle present in a beatmap must be denoted in the beatmap's tags." but i will remove 4k when i come back
“non-standard” refers to playstyles in 10k+ keymodes, not the gamemode standard

mapset needs another diff, rc states "...between 2:45 and 3:30, each key mode and playstyle must either include a difficulty at Insane or lower, or provide a proper spread2 containing at least 2 difficulties."
