it's a higher difficulty rain already so i don't feel this pattern is too difficult for this difficulty and i feel it's justified to break the guideline here since otherwise these intense vocals would be quite underemphasised

this kinda forces the lowest diff to follow a layer too closely making it unnecessarily complex and (3) is late anyway. pls just stick to simple 1/2s like the other diffs
