I'm hearing a bit of hip-hop in here as well? Especially with the hi-hats. Could add Electro-hop into tags as well as hip-hop hip hop hiphop. Overall tags look good.

Honestly right now as well I feel like there is a crazy difficulty gap between hard and top diff. It's like you need a diff inbetween almost like a light insane or even an insane because right now top diff is just way harder than hard.
A good example is from 00:48:119 - to kiai where you can see in reference that top diff just completely annihilates the hard diff.

From basic 1/4 patterns to multiple 1/8 LN releases in a row for a solid 14-15 seconds is straining for players moving upwards from the hard difficulty.
Even slow LN sections such as 00:45:269 - require quite a lot of finger release control compared to the simple patterns in the hard diff.
I understand it's supposed to be a top diff/harder but I think you should either 1) Nerf top diff by using less finger control / less active 1/8 LN notes or you could integrate a difficulty inbetween that uses more complex rhythms than hard diff but doesn't have the 18 LN strain in the top diff
Right now there is no use of proper volumes being used in a correct way as they are all just at 40%. Go through the map and change the volumes so that it's louder on the Kiai and quieter at the beginning/slow sections
Personal preference but hitsounds would be nice. They are not a necessary requirement for ranking but they always add flavour to maps. You can use LordRaika's library which is full of different hitsounds and keysounds which would make this maps experience alot nicer -> https://osu.ppy.sh/users/3265023
