Gran Vals is a WHOLE different song because the measures used by nokia to create the tune end with a different note in original Gran Vals (it ends on E rather than A, like nokia does)
this version first appeared in nokia N78 in 2008 which would be the ONLY clue to what the title could even be
i think the artist should be Unknown Artist (there isn't really any source to find a proper artist, UNLESS?) and title should be Nokia N78 Ringtone

As for the composer, I spent about an hour looking and couldn't find much. The main lead I have are Brian Eno (Who published similar sounding guitar versions for the previous phone which are available for download here https://www.moredarkthanshark.org/download.html ). Curious if anyone can find the answer to this.

So I might of just found who possibly made the tune. There's a guy who's named who's named Tapio Hakanen who is Nokia's Head of Sound Design. They were interviewed for Window's official blog post, and which the Nokia Tune 2007 is listed there. https://blogs.windows.com/devices/2014/04/25/nokia-tune-just-ringtone/
This could be the person that made the tune, but could also be a lead. I'd suggest maybe putting this as the artist for now until more things is found if applicable.
I'm having some issues with this difficulty progression, mainly among the platter vs. the salad. The platter on this set it the main culprit of this issue. We can see a clear and consistent amount of dashes utilized throughout rakety's diff, but then moving forward, the platter utilized much less amounts of dashes and (almost) no Hyperdashes.
The only basis to pass off the platter on actually being one rather than just a second salad would be the hyperdash spinner right at the end of the difficulty (00:32:025 (4,1) - ).
Incorporating more dashes into the platter where there aren't any before and having hdashes on the first of the higher tone sections like 00:01:979, 00:09:947, etc. can help repair the progression of the set
Difficulty naming could utilize capatilization on first letters of names and words instead since the song artist and name both use a Aaaa Aaaa format
