This song doesn't have a "short ver" marker in the official sources (see below), so (Game Ver.) "should" be used, as this is an in-game opening.
That said, there are quite a few official sources stating that the title does include (F*** and Vanguard)/FaV -F*** and Vanguard-
for the opening version. As far as I can see, every source used in similar discussions up to this point has only been for the full version. The short version used in the game as far as I can see consistently uses (F*** and Vanguard)/FaV -F*** and Vanguard-
in the song title:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/1047150/LAMUNATION_international_Vocal_Collection/ - (not really an official source however the publisher is officially selling the track under the name FaV -F*** and Vanguard-
)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBkGCssmBtE - credits in the official opening movie state that the title is FaV -F*** and Vanguard-
. I did wonder whether the overlay/effect in the video that states the title was fanmade, but it appears in every opening I can find online, from multiple different channels:

Having done the above research:
FaV -F*** and Vanguard-
<- this title would be correct as as far as I can tell, the full version was never released under this title, meaning there's no need for a (Game Ver.) marker to differentiate between the two versions, as they both use different names.
FaV -F*** and Vanguard- (Game Ver.)
<- this title assumes that -F*** and Vanguard- is used in the full version, which it isn't.
Hope all that made sense ;;
The overall whistles usage throughtout the whole set could be revisited.
I've noticed that there are quite a few sections where the whistles can be rather confusing to the player to listen to or be outright absent (e.g 00:53:714 - 01:13:925 -) , these could be improved to give better feedback to player. The reason why I'm marking this as a general set suggestion is because I see that the hs is copypasted on every diff the same way, so you if you are making any changes make sure you apply them to the whole set.
Taking [MaZ1's Extra] as an example for this issue, I hear some inconsistencies in the whistles usage in the kiai section 00:53:714 - . You usually would add whistles to tell the player what lead of the song you're following mainly (e.g. a piano, a guitar or vocals) so that the player receives proper feedback when they play the map, which is not something i see consistently applied here. You start off the kiai with using the whistles on the vocals like you did here 00:54:346 (3,4,5,6) - which make it seems like you are using them to represent said vocals, but right after that i hear it in a place where there's absolutely no vocals happening (e.g. 00:55:135 - 00:56:083 - 00:56:398 - 00:56:714 - etc.) while at the same time you don't keep applying the whistles where the vocals actually are (e.g. 00:54:977 -00:56:872 - 00:57:504 (2) - etc.). So the overall whistles usage seems pretty random and it's not really coherent with your previous choices in the map or the map itself.
You could fix this by just placing the whistles consistently on the vocals or whatever instrument you are following (just don't spam too many of them, they can be kinda overwhelming to listen to otherwise)
As I mentioned before i've noticed a few sections (e.g 01:03:977 -) where the whistles just doesn't seem to be there at all or they are being used very minimally, so the player doesn't get enough feedback while playing the map. Here's what i would do to fix them
On a side note, you could add more finishes to the hitsounding to give more energy to the map where the song is being very active. For example I think that adding a finish on these objects would be very fitting for the song and map:
00:58:767 - 01:01:293 - 01:03:819 - 01:08:872 - 01:24:030 - 01:29:083 - 01:31:609 - 01:32:083 - etc.
might be worth adjusting OD on DaNILMaZ diff, happiness diff, and Uniform diff to scale based on difficulty, so something like 8.5->8.8->9 instead of having the DaNILMaZ diff od 9 despite being lower in difficulty than the Uniform diff

In the official game soundtrack about, the song is credited just as FaV (needs a better check)
