I personally don't like 02:23:720 these notes being finishers on the kantan while they aren't in the futsuu and muzukashii.
I see why they wouldn't be in the other difficulties outside of the futsuu and muzukashii but I don't think it's good to only have them in the lowest difficulty.
I recommend either removing the finishers here or adding them to the futsuu and muzukashii aswell given they're just 1/2 anyway and 02:24:845 are finishers aswell.
I personally suggest the latter option but both are fine in my opinion, last one makes a bit more sense with consistency with the last finisher.
