your audio bitrate is too high, the maximum allowed for Ranked is 192kbps meanwhile yours is 268kbps
i've reencoded the .mp3 down to 192kbps, you will need to add +16ms onto your current timing to fix the slight audio shift
spek of this audio:
should be fine assuming no weird clipping issues
additionally some hitsound files have unrankable delay onto them, so you will need to fix them accordingly. i've attached fixed versions of each below here:
soft-hitwhistle30.wav
soft-hitwhistle32.wav
soft-hitwhistle34.wav
note that soft-hitwhistle28.wav also shows a delay error in Mapset Verifier, however since that hitsound is meant to be a purposeful increase in amplitude (and that none of it is silence) i believe it is ok for the RC.
hi real sorry to reopen this again because i'm so good at modding gyze
have found out since that since the audio peaks at around ~16kHz that the real audio bitrate is around 128kbps, which means that the mp3 i gave you which is 192kbps is encoded upwards from a lower bitrate ooooops
you will need to either revert the mp3 and -16ms onto every greenline or find a better .mp3 that is 192kbps and peaks around ~19kHz
volume thingies
01:19:978 -> 01:42:047 is much less intense than 00:57:909 in my opinion due to the lack of prominent kick so i think you can def afford to lower this to 75% or even 70%.
02:26:875 -> 02:44:116 feels way too loud at 50% considering the very beginning and the little stop section here 00:44:461 so i think you can make this 40% and adjust 00:44:461 to 30% as well
