So if you want to use an audio .mp3 192Kbps, the cut off should likely be around ~18.4kHz to 19.5kHz.
So you should find another source where you can get the audio file that meets the rank criteria or I have prepared for you (in case you would like to use it) the audio you could substitute --> link

I advise you to put 7.5hp at least instead of 7hp, it seems too little . . . to make you understand 7.5hp can be put as a maximum at the difficulty "Normal".

The background of the song is 1920x1080 in size and it is ok for ranking criteria, but I would recommend you to use a .jpg instead of .png so as to make the file even smaller.
