chill's Hard does not resemble a hard difficulty to me at all, with the amount of rhythm implications, frequent spacing changes for the same rhythm as well as new combo spam and hard to read overlaps.
Example of rhythm implications:
00:55:025 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - this is how the kiai starts, and 00:59:825 (1,2,3,4,1,1,1) - this is how it has been decided to map a part of it which barely differs from the start musically. lack of sliders for "vocal emphasis" does not really work here as it is totally out of place compared to the rest of the kiai. It is decided to do the same here 01:06:225 (1,2,3,4,1) - but all it does is stand out negatively as it's rather undermapped
Example of frequent spacing changes:
they basically occur throughout the entire difficulty so i'm going to post the most extreme ones
00:14:225 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - 00:25:025 (2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,1) - already at the intro of the map, spacing changes for intensity are fine but a 0.6x distance difference between basically same-sounding parts is an exaggeration. i suggest using visually similar ds for them.
Example of unnecessary new combos affecting gameplay:
00:40:358 (1) - this is probably the most extreme one because its almost covered in overlaps as well
00:53:425 (1,1,1,1) - spacing change with ncs for no reason
Example of hard to read overlaps:
these also persist throughout the entire map
01:23:825 (1) - basically this whole drum section is exactly that and probably the most extreme
You could either rename it to a light insane and make a new hard difficulty or nerf it
