having everything in one place is not visually appealing try and space out your maps more and especially use the outer playfield!

this is also kinda the reason why your visuals are well made, cuz you are constraining yourself on a small playfield everything becomes overlapped and you have a big chunk of sliders and circles. After you get better and using the whole playfield your visuals should automatically improve
Hey so I will mod your set a bit and since you are a new mapper i will give you some tips
first you should choose a simple song like a generic anime opening which has around 180 bpm as its the easiest to map since it has very simple rhythms
Then you should watch all of pishis videos on mapping, they are really helpful even tho they are old
