I am pretty sure 74 offset syncs better (Look at my mods first before changing offset)
And the timing point's time signature should be in 3/4, not 4/4
The mp3's bitrate is too high to be rankable, it'd need to be less than 192 kbps for mp3, or 208 kbps for ogg.
The background image is also 3 mb over the 25mb rankable limit.
please send audio and bg with less size on your mods next time -w- this helps mapper to properly understand how do this and it will cause less problems, this mod looks monotonous and what i provided should help you to improve in modding next time 👍
incorrect artist name field, Deltarune song use Toby fox with an uppercase T and Undertale songs used toby fox with an lowercase T. since this is an Undertale song it should use toby fox instead
