alright, asked some experienced timers and they suggested doing +5, but +15 is too much, though +15 sounds a lot better to me

current hard difficulty cannot be used as hard due to it's overcomplexity (high rhythm complexity, high ar and pretty high spacing choices), so i believe that current hard should be renamed to hyper or light insane to properly represent it's difficulty

and an easier hard is required in this case
