00:03:217 - Additional red line being unnecessary, because it's doing nothing but worse things.
This is bad for converted taiko beatmaps as it adds an additional white line that could confuse the way you tap and read things. There shouldn't be any more differences but since the it's constant BPM on the other red line 00:03:432 - , that is all you need.
Usage of 50, 75 and 100% volumes on sections as blasting loud effects on calmer parts doesn't fit into the music.
It's counterintuitive to use louder volumes on calmer parts and I would rework them by changing them into those settings:
00:24:003 - 00:58:289 - (01:25:717 - 01:38:789) - 02:09:646 - The volume being 100% while a lower volume than the chorus would be appropriate
00:55:074 - 01:39:539 - while those are the most calm parts in the music, could be around 25-50%
01:12:003 - This being the verse and could be in the middle with 50-80%
Also adding volume changes between 01:56:574 - 01:59:789 - would be beneficial, because the hitsounds could be distracting on a high volume while the sounds go progressively lower.
So by changing, 01:56:574 - 50% -> 01:57:217 - 45% -> etc., every 2 beats, it would fit nice ^^
I'd suggest to revise your volume decisions and be down to recheck them when if you fix them.
Gap between Normal and Hard is too big, hard actively uses 1/4 rhythms across whole difficulty while normal is using 1/2 I suggest finding someone for advanced difficulty so it bridges this gap by using 1/2 and occasionally 1/4 so like a introduction to 1/4 rhythms to beginner
I'd like to also point out Insane and top difficulty gap, in my opinion there is noticeable difference between top and insane while playing insane it feels more like a light insane rather than insane which creates less than ideal gap, most noticeable is spacing which overall does feel low, I suggest either asking gder to increase spacing in some places or asking for GD
You could benefit from custom hitsounds in my opinion as Drum-Hitnormal on your kicks is blending most of times with music because it's too weak, something like https://transfer.sh/tpmXhn/Drum-hitnormal.wav for example would fit better (I suggest finding some that suit you)
audio bit rate should keep no greater than 192kbps while the current audio is 266kbps. you can try recoding yourself or try using this. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cYkmviL5inSqj-pWZRNNJ1LkWgsTvTHj/view?usp=share_link
