The soft-hitnormal sample doesn't match and represent the song properly.
For example (Hard): 00:07:853 (1,2) - The sliderhead should have a finish, the drum should be on 00:07:853 (1) and clap on 00:08:603 (2). The clap sample was placed for all of these making them all sound the same and it doesn't match what the song is playing.
Another example would be a calm verse section like 00:28:853 -> 00:40:853, etc.. The song here is calm yet it's being overpowered by a loud and out of place soft-hitnormal sample.
Consider using soft-hitwhistle instead of soft-hitnormal instead. Something like https://videososu.s-ul.eu/QUIxpdZj would be nice. Adding on, I would also consider having a soft-hitfinish & drum-hitnormal sample for your drums and finishes in the song.
Lastly, you use soft (sampleset) / soft (additions) throughout the entire map. Could just reserve this for drums by doing drum (sampleset) for sliderhead/end and using claps & finishes when the song calls for it.

Could add "female vocals vocalist" in tags.
would consider renaming soft-hitfinish.mp3 to drum-hitclap.mp3 since your hitfinish is used way too frequently (mostly in the top diff)
