According to the note counts and drain time and BPM, I think the overall HP should be buffed and OD should be nerfed.
I would suggest buffing the HP of Kantan to at least 9 so the the progression should be
9 8.5 8 7.5
or start from 9.5:
9.5 9 8.5 8
and for OD, consider nerfing all of them by 1.
