ncs seem kinda messy, a nice rule of thumb you could use for ncing in lower diffs is to put 1 new combo every 2 downbeats, like this https://i.imgur.com/kbXI6CI.png
this diff needs a lot of work...
first of all, the slider velocity is too high, its even higher than that of the hard diff, decrease it to somewhere around 1,1-1,2 to be more in tune with what people usually do for normal difficulties.
secondly, the ranking criteria states that "Time-distance equality should be used", meaning that the distance between 2 objects should be proportionate to the time between when you have to hit both objects to make the map as straight-forward and predictable as possible for newer players. basically stuff like this 00:44:648 (2,3,1) - is bad because the distance between all objects is equal, but the time between when they have to be hit is vastly different. considering this entire difficulty violates this guideline, you will have to make drastic changes to the map if you want to rank this set.
thirdly, mixing visually similar patterns with varying hit timings is also unintuitive for newer players, as they try to match visual patterns with how they are played. patterns like 00:30:076 (6,7,1,2) - directly work against this, because they look the same, but play differently, thus causing players to misread these patterns.
and finally, you want to use circles a bit more than you currently are (mainly in the chorus/kiai), as they are easier for newer players to play compared to sliders due to their simplicity. having very slider-heavy sections can be quite difficult to play for this reason
