I think the current 1/8s have poor aesthetics. I would either make both c-shape same curve (which is lame, bcs they are kinda different sounds), or add different movement, or make one of them like sharp/squarish whereas one is kept circular.

01:24:551 (4) - strong sound on blue tick too, could be hypered or some movement to the other side could be added instead of the hold to emphasize that
