it's not really that necessary to use distance snap, i could just reduce spacing and it's just the same thing.
and i've discussing with somebody that said tons of ranked map that dont strictly follow distance snap, Yes i know spacing is necessary.
The reason why i dont use it because i want to be free of myself and creative making normal diff (this is collab btw)
distance snap is just limiting myself and there's no intensity in the map, what's the point having kiai section then.
distance snap just broke my map, ds dont recognize a flow of an aim that make playable and just broke my placement flow note.
I'm here just to pointed out my opinion of why i dont like distance snapping.

this entire difficulty needs to be completely overhauled. spacing is still extremely inconsistent, not matching the amount of time between objects even remotely. nearly every object in the map is guilty of this, but i'll just point out a couple:
00:02:135 (2,3,1) - spacing between (2,3) is larger than between (3,1) but (3,1) is a shorter amount of time
00:09:018 (2,3,1) - ^ except even more gross
00:40:606 (4,1,2) - vastly different spacing but the SAME amount of time between them
01:06:724 (2,3,4) - ^
in general, when you click on any given object in the editor, the yellow numbers in the top right saying "prev" and "next" should be either very close to 1.00x, or below 0.1x (when objects are stacked). these numbers represent the distance between objects relative to time, and keeping this consistent on a normal is extremely important. the distance snap button (right side, second from the bottom) handles this automatically when enabled. if the numbers it's generating aren't 1x, hold alt and scroll.
other things to point out:
slider velocity shouldn't change by more than about 10% on a normal, if at all.
01:34:606 to 02:07:077 is quite good, the distance snap is (mostly) consistent. this is probably the only part that doesn't desparately need a remap.
00:16:253 (1) - half-beat sliders with multiple reverses are not allowed on normals. also appears 00:18:724 (2) 00:24:018 (1) 00:26:841 (3) 00:29:665 (3) and so many more times i won't bother pasting them all.
01:09:900 (1,2,3) - the music emphasizes 01:09:900 01:10:253 01:10:606 but the player needs to click on 01:09:900 01:10:077 01:10:429 for seemingly no reason

idk if i should change velocity under than 10% or not because you pointed out, and because i must fix every slider on the map if i do that '-' (idk if there's a trick to fix every slider)
if there's more to fix just make another discussion with a problem/suggestion sign.
AiMod is mad. Normal difficulties should always be using distance snap, not just relatively close circles. 00:03:194 (2,3) - right here is the first instance.
working on it, my part is before kiai 1 and kiai 2 untill end,
if there's a problem but not on my part i will make sure to tell him too
and one more thing, i'll be glad if you point out a problem with timestamp on it and what's the problem after the beatmap update so i can fix it
