Also if you are planning to push this map to ranking, create the lowest diff as hard as Normal. And if you think the mapset is not finished yet, trying uploading it to WiP rather than Pending as it will be interpreted as a "finished set".
The correct timing offset is 110. If you hear it with 75% or 50% speed, it's very clear that notes are timed properly due to your timing.
