Current artist is wrong.
Fotzu is a nicovideo otomad producer and after doing some research I don't see any correlation with them and IOSYS, who made original song.

my original thought was that misamiru simply gave a credit for original song
after some digging that seems wrong Fotzu indeed made that audio
