Hello, the current MP3 file is encoded in 192kbps but its quality is actually around 128kbps

Above picture is the spectro of current MP3 file. Frequancy range should be cut off at around 19kHz if it's actually 192kbps but currently it's at 15.8kHz which is 128kbps.
Here's the new MP3 file: https://puu.sh/GSnql/1729c90c9a.mp3
The new offset is 3040, you can move every timing points / inherited points by -267
comparison between mp3 files' spectro for the reference
the one I provided (192kbps) : https://puu.sh/GSojT/eb2c18be5a.jpg
original one (128kbps) : https://puu.sh/GSol5/1815ac1341.jpg

just a friendly reminder that this is still valid
personally, I believe that the audio sounds just fine and there are no audible flaws that I can notice
While its true that the mp3 sounds mostly fine throughout the song, more cluttered sections such as the kiai's could really benefit from this new mp3 since they are much clearer/cleaner then current mp3.
Anyway it is up to the mapper if they want to have the mp3 replaced or not, if not then I highly suggest to recode the current mp3 to 128 kbps since it doesn't lower the quality of the mp3 at all and reduces the file size to ~5.5 mb

As a suggestion, you could add the tag "plus" for better searchability, since this song also makes an appearance on games such as "REFLEC BEAT plus" and "REFLEC BEAT +", but this would be redundant, since "REFLEC BEAT colette -Spring-" is already being used as the source, so only adding "plus" would suffice.

As quoted by the ranking criteria: "Song genre and language should be added to the tags of a beatmap."
So, the tags "Video Game" and "Instrumental" should be added to specify the genre and language respectively, remember to also edit this at the beatmap's information page (There should be an edit button when you hover your mouse over here: https://i.imgur.com/drEW2Zp.png)

I suggest adding the following term into tags: 佐藤直之 (Japanese name of the artist).
Break down the term ' videogame ' into ' video game ' for easier searching (as I don't think people will type it in 1 word).
