Hyperdimension Neptunia. Well this song in particular is not from the anime, but from one of the games in a series of the same name. They're very funny games, so is the anime, but I recommend playing at least the first game (Hyperdimension Neptunia) or the remake (Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1) before watching the anime, otherwise you'll be like, "wtf is going on here"
