00:47:063 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - i think this pattern is really pushing it for an insane diff, most if not all of the diff uses far shorter 1/2 circles in a row, and especially not in such complex patterning where you have a lot of spacing contrast, which is a lot harder to play because of the very sharp angles between combos. stuff like 01:13:943 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - is a lot more reasonable to play and fits a lot better with the rest of the diff
01:36:983 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - also this, and other occurences
would be better if you reduced the spacing for each combo, or at least change patterning in a way that's more comfortable to play because these patterns apply a lot of stress on the player's hand, at least for this level
00:48:023 (1,2) - small suggestion but i think this would fit better as a slider to give more emphasis and clarity to the GUDUGUDU section here 00:47:063 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - , basically makes the 1-2 section a lot more unique since the (1,2,3) is kind of just copying it but without the unique sound attached
