No, you don't need to add it, as it's only used as standardisation, when the song title itself includes Game Ver in some format.

Hitsounds:

Your current hitsounds needs some improvement as they seem quite inconistent rn. Especially the use of your custom samples that you only use in certain sections like the whistle to hitsound the vocals in the kiai only or the kick sample that you only use in certain sections like 00:23:292 - and then completely stick to default hitsounds in the kiai (except the whistle) despite of drums being the same.

Another problem would be your overhitsounding in sections like 00:15:064 - where you hitsounds claps for the regular kick snare drum beat despite of the song only playing kicks every white tick.

Also your volumes aren't representing the song really well as you almost have the same volume throughout the whole map. Less intense sections like 00:28:778 - should have lower volume than more intense sections.

A bit subjective but you currently have a crash sample as your soft-hitclap which seems out of the ordinary as crashes are normally hitsounded as a hitfinish. Could rename it to soft-hitfinish instead. My personal suggestion would be: soft-hitwhistle -> whistle; soft-hitfinish -> crash; drum-hitnormal -> kick as with your current hitsounding setup you cant have a whistle for e.g. vocals and kick sample on the same note, which really limits your hitsounding rn.

I'd suggest reworking your current hitsounds and using the custom samples throughout the whole map and adjusting volumes according to the song's intensity. Also remove overhitsounded stuff like the claps in this section 00:15:064 -
