Since this beatmap is ranked, your scores will count and you'll gain pp. For loved beatmaps, it means that it is popular but does not meet the ranking criteria or that the mapper doesn't push the map to the ranked category 👍
This one has ar9, which is much more preferable to many people than ar<9, plus it's longer, personally, i prefer the full version of this song. And to be honest, they are both pretty jumpy, even if the other one has a bit more variety with flow aim, which is also not very common in 4 star maps
These are 2 examples that I can recall off of the top of my head. There are others but I've forgotten over the years. Still, not the first time this has happened & won't be the last.
not hating, it's your first ranked map, i think i meant to say ... low-qaulity i am mapping flicker right now actually, this map just simply does not accurately express the music
What even is the point of having the map ranked when it was loved before other than giving pp.. It just wiped the scores set by everyone. It was one of my proudest scores back then, now it's gone and getting it again won't be as impressive to me as when the date set was early in my playtime.
