Yes, all of them I said are converted btw. But still unFCed.
I am currently counting them (with the maps I have) and found around 50 (I stimate around 80 overall), some of them even played by people in the top 100, some of them recent and some almost unplayed by decent players even if they have more than 12 months ranked. The most curious case is one of 4.37*; Motion, current #1, missed one. (Well, it's a pretty recent map, so maybe in one of these days someone will FC it.) The "easiest" unFCed map found was one of 4.21 ranked on 11/2018.
And there are old 3-4* CTB maps that are harder than some 5*.
The problem I have with the gimmick is it doesn’t play nicely with scoreV1. Lets say you have two scores one where you miss at the start of the long slider and one where you miss at the end.
Most maps the miss at the end would award more score as you had higher combo and more score multiplier. However since ticks aren’t multiplying by combo and each tick is just flat points this is not the case. This means in the scenario where you miss at the end of the slider none of that extra combo from before the miss gave you any extra score for the ticks.
However, In the scenario where you missed at the start of the slider and built a large combo throughout that slider the combo will help you to get a larger score on the notes after the slider which are affected by combo.
TLDR: A higher combo 1x score can be worth less points than a lower combo 1x score due to the gimmick.
