You'll need to compress the video. Inherit those timing sections if they arent actual changes, because they look like theyre just for sample changes.

But what is wrong with new timing sections, that are just for sample sound volume changes?

Try shorten the last break, and spicy the ending up.
It's a really boring ending now (spinner, stack, spinner, stack) and that after a 15+ sec. break.

They make the timing shift and are unnecessary, just check the inherit previous timing box so that it will ONLY modify the hitsounds.

When you add sample/volume changing timing sections: DON'T PLACE THEM DIRECTLY ON NOTES! If you do, if you click a TAD too early, you get the wrong sample.

Normal:

quick heads-up
here's just some acknowledgements
and (?) this means I'm not sure, you check which sounds better
ALL
I think the BPM should be 135.512, I know it's not that much of a problem, but the offset kinda was, move it to 6,824. I find my BPM/Offset by listening for umphs, and that's how it sounds here, forward the map and give it a listen, you will get a cool, umph, umph, umph. . . . where your beats land on correct beats, it can be slightly off, but it is much closer on what you had before, imo.
-BREAKS: I found a couple places on hard, so I'll just post in all so you can look, places like 01:01:510 or 00:30:625, like I said on the other map I modded, probably renew the break, unless it is intended to look like ouendan/eba, cause it does add a cool sense of imagery, if so, just don't do anything :D

01:35:82 (4) - I do not know what to say about this, this is a weird looking slider :P
01:54:86 (3) - blue tick again? maybe end on next tick, the red one
02:22:31 (4) - this slider is funny
02:27:40 (4,5,6,7,8) - if you're mapping to the words, move this two 1/4 ticks forward to the white, then remove (8) I guess
02:42:677 - nothing wrong here, I just like what you did :D like the samplesets and hitsounds
03:16:105 - 03:17:434 - you wanna try to map something here, cause you have the awesome sampleset changes, and it feels lonely, maybe you could delete it if you don't use it.

Please place all of the timing sections that change audio style, normal/soft, two ticks before the beat, not on top of the beat. So if player's accidentaly click the beat too soon, they wont get the previous timing section sound.

Please consider moving all the Inhereted sections 1/4 before so the wrong sampleset isn't accidentally used while playing.

You can stack a note in a slider by using Distance Snap 0.0x and Grid Snap Off.
01:19:43 (6) - Not snapped to the Grid? Maybe not noticeable while playing tho.
02:05:48 (5,6,7) - It doesn't sounds good D: (with Normal and Soft sampleset mixed)
02:23:85 (6,7,8) - Shouldn't this be illegal? I mean, it's not cool :< (Same sliders stacked) You could horizontally flip the first one, and everything's good. :D

I don't really see the problem with the video. It doesn't have a that large resolution, and if I'm going to cut the quality, it will look like a crappy YouTube video.
