It's nice, the only concern I have is over the max score of 15m. Seems to high for a map like this. Then again, score inflation is happening all over the place, so I won't touch the proto-bubble. Try lowering it though. Do you know? My first map ranked with 15m score in Insane diff. I think high score is okay.]

Thumbs.db is used for the thumbnails that are visible in windows when you have the folder view set to pictures(See the My Pictures Folder for example.) Also, this makes it clear that you are using Windows XP(or 2000, I doubt that though) as Vista and 7 don't place thumbnail cache in every folder.
