Figured I'd mod this since it always bumps up on the subscription page..

[Star's Easy]

01:06:696 (1) - This rhythm (the reverse part on a blue tick) is weird, please change it if possible.
01:19:258 (1) - I would start this spinner at 01:19:446 instead, this starts too soon.
01:24:696 (1) - Much better if you end this spinner at 01:27:696.

This difficulty has different usages of stacking a note underneath a slider.
For example 00:23:008 (3,4) - this is 1/2, while 00:32:196 (4,5) - this is 1/1.
I would strongly suggest you not to do this in an easy difficulty.

[Normal]

00:04:071 (1) - My senses naturally tell me to end this spinner like how you did here too. But somehow it feels a little weird like this since the sound is at 00:05:758.
00:11:946 (1) - Much better if you add a note here (00:11:946), add make this spinner start at 00:12:696 instead.

[Hard]

00:27:696 (1,2,3) - Why not make this vertically symmetrical? Adjust (4)~(7) too if you want.
00:38:383 (5) - The way this note almost touches (4) is not pretty, try to reposition it.
00:39:133 (7) - Add a finish.
01:02:008 (1) - Much better if you end this spinner at 01:03:133.
01:27:321 (2) - This slider end sounds too empty to the music and needs emphasis, add a whistle or finish.

Not modding more hitsounds since you completely ignored them without any credit last time.
The ones I mentioned above are the most obvious ones.

00:04:446 (1) - The same stuff I said for Normal.
00:10:633 (1) - Much better if you end this spinner at 00:12:696.
00:44:008 (X) - Add a note?
00:55:821 (13) - Add a whistle for this note too.
01:20:008 (1,2,3,4) - Sounds empty to the music, add some hitsounds? Maybe whistles on (1),(3) and (4)? Also (1) is too huge a jump imo, but it should be fine.

As an Insane, I think some parts of this difficulty would feel a little empty to a number of players.

There are some extremely unpredictable notes as you leave out so many important downbeats or just end sliders on them. This is the beginners difficulty of the set and it is supposed to be enjoyable for ppl who never played a rhythm game before (and probably don't even know the song). I will try and give you some examples of using your (mostly fitting) beatplacement with slightly different objects (clever sliders) to increase playability. You will have to adjust spacings, hitsounds and general object placement after the changes on your own, as I don't mention those again and again.

01:16:446 (2,3,4,1,2) - again the beatplacement is not wrong or "bad" it is just very hard to predict especially for beginners. Try to simplify it by using clever slider patterns that start with predictable white ticks that match dominant parts of what the player can hear in the song. Example:
  • - delete 01:17:008 (3,4,1,2)
    - extend 01:16:446 (2) by 1/2 to end on 01:17:008; add 1x repeat
    - use two short sliders for 01:17:946 - 01:18:321 and 01:18:696 - 01:19:071

Still some work here as the map as it is now, with unpredictable beatplacement and missed downbeats, would be really frustrating for beginners. Try playing this with DT/HR/HD (hidden is the most important though) and you will immediately see what all those suggestions above are about.

01:02:008 (1) - just as mentioned in [Easy], the refrain and your KIAI start on the most dominant downbeat at 01:03:696. This is one of the most important parts of this song and should be mapped properly with a circle or with starting a slider here. A spinner ending is probably the worst way to start this as the player has no chance to pick up the beat (that's why the following combo feels "lost" or "weird"). Both things make this combo feel like it is slightly (1/2) off the beat. [Easy] is still not very good for a beginners diff. Missing refrain starting downbeats is not a matter of personal preference, it is just not good, like fullscreen 1/4 jumps or mapping a silent part with a 1/4 stream...just because you can map it this way doesn't mean you should. I really recommend playing your map with HD/HR/DT. Might be interesting how many of the beats you, who knows this map better than enyone else, miss in your first try.


Normal, Hard and Insane are really good now. Depending on the MAT you'll get, the easy will still need much work but the star is well deserved.

  1. 00:25:258 (4,1) - This pattern is very confusing, I mean, the slider has a new combo, so it means that it belong to another pattern than (4), however (4,1) are only separated by 1/2. Besides the end of the slider is stacked with (4) which make the pattern kinda confusing and plus having something at 00:25:446 is kinda weird since it is mapped on a background rhythm (which in this case is weird).
    Well, a pic is always better than a boring text.
