The bitrate for yuragi.mp3 is 256 kb/s, which is above the maximum of 192 kb/s.

Are you claps off at the beginning? They seem to be irregular ticks. At first they're on the first small tick (00:01:800 (2) and 00:04:466 (2) ) but then go to 2nd (00:07:466 (2) ) I think it sounds better on the 2nd small tick like on these notes :

This pattern sounds a bit better imo (you'd have to add a few more clap in the next section(s)) You do it later in the song so why not here.

I like tick rate 1 in this diff, 2 sounds kinda odd with so many sliders imo
01:44:800 (1,2) - this anti-jump is kinda confusing imo, hope you can use larger spacing here
03:13:466 - how about add a circle here and start the spinner later? will fit the song much better

about tick rate, if you want to keep 2 then I think set it to 2 in Normal is better

  1. 02:34:466 - I believe the kiai time should start here, not at 02:34:633. Musically, that's the highlight and should be treated as such. :p
  2. 01:16:133 - The length of this break (before the arrows appear) could be AR related, however I suggest to remove it in all diffs, because in normal diff it looks unsightly (arrows show up during the last moments of the spinner), and technically it doesn't really make the map any easier. A small drain section will not bring unbalance here. Or at least remove it from the normal diff cause that's the only diff where it sort of looks iffy. Up to you if you want to change this though, as it's reasonable to have a break here.

  1. 00:12:216 (1) - Wouldn't hurt to start it 1/4 later due to mania.
  2. 00:24:800 (1,2,1) - Can you fix the comboing here? Remove NC from the slider and apply to the next note, remove the NC from 00:25:466 (1) too. Might tone down the jump, but then consider adding a NC to 00:25:800 (2) as well, so you have 3 separate patterns for the vocals, will make things more readable. I am not a fan of such jumps cause the vocal is the same but meh, I guess you don't wanna change.
  3. 00:25:800 (2,3) - ctrl+g?
  4. 01:08:216 (1) - Same reason as #1 here.
  5. 01:29:800 (3) - Should probably add a NC here, same reason I explained above.
  6. 01:44:800 (9) - Can you reshape it a little so it's just a bit wider? So the tick is better seen.
  7. 03:01:300 (9) - Can you tone this down a bit? Doesn't really matter if it sort of goes over where 11 would be as it's a slider start. :p

  1. 02:34:466 (1,2) - Yeah, just how the kiai should be on the white tick before the red one, that's where the emphasis here should be. Finish on 1 instead of 2, or just have it at both (I prefer the version 1, having 1 finish only).
  2. 03:13:550 (1) - Start 1/4 later?

  1. 02:31:800 (1) - I don't like things like this when a lowest diff (regardless of normal or easy) is concerned. Such a thing wasn't used anywhere else and could be a tricky thing haha. If you could split it into 2 sliders or something, I think that would be for the best.
  2. 02:33:466 (1,1) - Since the kiai should get fixed probably, reconsider how you have your finish patterns here.
  3. 02:44:133 (1) - Can you make this end a bit more down? The upcoming circles might feel too close for some people.
  4. 03:00:216 (1) - Start it 1/4 later?
