Problem Details:

When i try to install game always appears the same problem (i installed net.framework 3.5)

Before i reinstall my OS on the same Windows 7 x64 all works fine.

Have you used the old installer? If so, use the new one instead.

If that crashes have a look at the Event Viewer under Windows Logs - Application.
There should be more details about the crash in there. (Post it here please.)
You can find the Event Viewer in Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools.
