Hi there. As thanks for modding my map, here I am with a mod.
Note that whatever I say is my own opinion so you do not have to follow everything I say.
CDFA presents ReditumGeneral1) Combo colours: I do like the idea that you chose your scheme based on the girl, brown tie/hair, black eyes and the grey shirt. I do agree with above modders that black is a hard colour to see especially if you are playing 100% dim. That said, I do not mind the black colour.
2) Since you are using an mp3 longer than the map itself, I would cut it to save space, but then again it is a small file size.
Easy1) AI mod reports a unsnapped sliderend at 01:53:038. Please fix that
2) 00:25:638 (2) - I assume that you are using 1.00x distance snap, but here the object is 1.2x away from the previous object.
3) 00:28:473 Here you are missing a clap. You can use the slidertick method to create a clap here.
4) 00:45:008 (4) - I would split this slider into a 1/1 slider and a note. The reason is that 00:45:953 is a strong beat, so it makes sense for this to be a clickable object. Another advantage is that since it would not be a repeat slider, you have a lot more freedom in spreading the notes out further, which also helps with removing the need for a blanket slider (something that is really annoying to perfect).
Your current setup works though not as effectively. While the repeat slider is much easier in terms of difficulty, you lose a lot in terms of note placement, and then you have that blanket slider which is not perfect.
5) 00:46:425 (1) - If you ignored point 4 and kept the repeat slider, then fix the blanket as it does not look good.
6) 00:55:874 (3) - I like having more than 2 repeats on a slider, but not everyone uses it in easy or normal difficulties; so people who play this may release too early and break it. In terms of rhythm it is completely fine, so before changing this, ask someone else to check it out.
7) 00:58:236 (1,2,3,4) - Why not try something like this?
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/4530520 In terms of flow, it plays a lot better, and it looks a lot better too; with your current setup, it looks like 00:58:709 (2,3) - are not blanketed, even though it was not your intention to blanket note 2.
Otherwise it is really nice.
Normal1) AI mod reports unsnapped objects. Please fix.
2) 00:33:197 (6,7,8) - Even though you are within 1.00x distance snap, since it is not perfectly at 1.00x, the triangle pattern is not refined. I would recommend fixing it.
While I am on the subject of distance snap, I would be very anal, and go over the map, making sure that each note is 1.00x away, with an uncertainty of 0.01 on both sides. These things are more noticeable with easier difficulties, but get less noticeable when you play harder difficulties.
Again a good diff.
Frustrated1) AI mod reports unsnapped notes. Please fix that.
2) 00:22:803 (9) - I would copy what you did at 00:26:583 (2,1). This ensures consistency within the beatmap, and this pattern 00:26:583 (2,1) - plays a lot better, because you fit the vocals and music, and you emphasize a strong beat as well.
3) 00:31:780 (3) - You can fix this blanket. Blankets are a double edge sword because while they look nice, get them off by a few pixels and that is ruined, and you have frayed nerves trying to make it perfect. It also limits the freedom in terms of note placement.
4) 02:30:362 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - 2 and 6 look weird as they are not symmetrical around the y-axis
5) 02:49:260 (1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I really like this stream.
Unfortunately,if you consider the previous difficulties, this would be considered 'too difficult' as this is a huge jump from 1/4 or 1/2 sliders.
But again a good difficulty.
Final thoughtsThis map is really nice, and I commend you for using distance snap. I was very anal with some things, but they make a huge difference. Moreover might as well start polishing as soon as possible.
Good luck. Message me on the osu website if you had no idea what I was saying.
