osu! version: 20140814.1

You're running an ancient version that cannot update anymore due to changes in the updating system.

Grab the installer from here (the big, left one), rename it from osu!install.exe to osu!.exe and place that osu!.exe in your osu! installation folder, overwriting the old one. Then simply run it and you should be good to go.

If you have an osu!me or osu!updater in your installation folder you might aswell delete those as they're no longer used.

As for your cusor not moving when you press a key, it's probably a trackpad setting.
If you're using one have a' goold old google' around to see how to disable it.

There are other topics about this issue.

If you want more specific help you will need to provide your model. The solution should be similar to the ones provided in those threads.

I already tried these.

I don't think there is an alternative cause for this issue. Your trackpad is disabling keyboard input. Find the driver interface for it and turn off palm checking or something similar. You can try disabling your trackpad to confirm that this is indeed the problem.

Edit by VeilStar:
Try this.
It's more than likely a software setting.

Yeah..I actually don't know what smart motion is and I already set palm check to low. Soo I don't know..
TheVileOne
Are you saying you can't turn that function off? What is your trackpad model?
