00:53:136 (5,6) - i suggest moving 5 or 6 one grid down or up (same reason as ^^)

00:24:525 (4,1,2) - bad placing, move them(suggest moving 1 a little up and a lot to the left so it will look like that http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2459897 )
I suggest making the distance snap 1,1x or 1,0 so It will be more comfortable to read but not easier.
00:43:136 (2,3) - this overlapping is really bad, move notes from themselves
00:48:414 (3,1,2,3) - I felt odd playing this, to experienced players its piece of cake but to a normal skill lvl player its not because it will teach them taking a wrong view on distance between notes and they do not learn anything. 1) Place it with distance snapper OR(harder version 4 players) 2) do clear ''JUMP" between 3 and 1,2,3 (snap 1,2,3) .
