Hey, M4M like we agreed. Playtested this like 5 times and wrote down everything I found and all that...
You'll see I use the word "uncomfortable" a lot, I'll explain below just in case.

Neko:

This diff has flow issues in like 90% of its patterns but I guess that adds more "difficulty" to it. Anyway I won't point 'em out since it has other core problems.

00:11:653 (6,7,8,9) - Everytime I played, I thought these were 1/3 because of the previous 1/3 sliders, I just found out they are not 1/3 on the editor. This is confusing. You might at least want to add NC here 00:11:653 (6) -

00:16:715 (3) - First time I played it I had no idea this were 1/6 so it was kiiiiiiiinda confusing, maybe because they are almost equally spaced like the 1/4's before. Make them less spaced?
00:17:371 (8) - This note feels out of place while playing, forces a singletap with no musical reason behind it, stack with 9?
00:19:153 (7,1) - See this is what I mean, this is equally spaced than my previous suggestion, but it's 1/1 instead of 1/2, you should move (1) further away from (7)
00:19:903 (4) - Super confusing. I see no reason to have a 4 1/6 notes pattern in which 3 are together and 1 is super separated. There is no musical reason behind it, and it just feels super uncomfy. I think I missed 5/5 times here because I didn't know (4) was 1/6 away from (3). Even after playing multiple times.
00:20:184 (5,6,7) - Again, with the previous 1/6 streams, the player think these are 1/6 as well, because they are almost equally spaced. Either separate these more (not recommended) or reduce the distance between the notes on the 1/6s streams
00:21:278 (2,3) - This is both almost impossible to do unless you mash all keys and hope for a miracle, and also incredibly confusing. It's the first time you make a 1/6 "jump" pattern, giving no information to the player beforehand, it's just... no. It looks like 1/4 as well...
00:24:278 (2) - You might want to move this to x220 y276
00:25:528 (1) - Either make this slider finish on the next red tick, deleting note (2), or make it a single note on the white tick. There is no sound on the blue tick.
00:26:653 (1) - I feel like the music here could be mapped in a fun way, instead of adding a spinner.
00:28:153 - There should be a note here

00:28:809 (3,4) - The player thinks this is separated by 1/4 but it's 1/2, make them more distant

00:29:840 (7) - Again, this is so close to (6) but it's separated by 1/2... you gotta give the players this info or just don't do this at all. This whole pattern is notes and sliders randomly spaced.
00:30:403 (1,2,3,4) - Super bad overlaps. I think I missed here 4/5 times. Never overlap slider's ends, and even if you didn't, this is a pattern where the music does something unexpected, which would be fine if it was a liiiiiittle readable, but this pattern is just brainfucking xD
00:31:340 (6,1) - The distance between 6 and 1 is so long for no reason, remember this is a 1/6 jump... not a good idea, unfun to play. Also you have no idea of knowing this is 1/6

00:31:903 (1) - There should be a note here and THEN the spinner starts
00:35:090 (4) - Again don't overlap slider's ends.

00:46:528 (1) - Maybe finish on the previous blue tick?

But I think the main problem here is that while playing I thought these were all 1/6 from slider to slider but it's not. Eeehhh idk how to explain it, this pattern is just overall incredibly confusing.

01:40:153 (6,7,8,1,2,3,4) - I see what you tried to make here, the great finale kind of thing and it's cool, but giving no information on this to the player before hand I feel like the first jump should be a bit less killer, so the player is prepared for the second one.

01:42:028 (3) - Ummm... there is more music here... map it...?

Overall this diff... I thought I was sucking while playing it but after seeing it on the editor it's kinda messy sometimes. I believe I can improve my performance by like 50% after seeing it on the editor and that is not ok. It looks like the person who mapped doesn't really play at this level so doesn't what's good and what's bad for the player - taking that into account, it could be a lot worse though, so don't panic. After a lot of work it can become a solid and really cool diff, though, I see the potential, and it's fun to play nevertheless :3.

00:01:996 (4) - Plays better if you move the end to x176 y288
00:02:653 (3,4,5,6,1) - Should move this stream downwards so it follows (2)'s flow shape
00:13:528 (1,2,3) - Really confusing. From the previous pattern the player will think this sliders end on the red ticks. And there is no musical reason to make them like this.
00:14:934 - Should put a note here, and rearrange the pattern accordingly.
00:15:215 (2) - Make it 1/2 shorter and add a note where this slider used to end
00:20:746 (4) - Move to x320 y164?
00:26:653 (7,8,9) - Player has no way of knowing these are 1/3 beforehand, specially after so much 1/4s. I suggest spacing this more.

01:52:528 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - I think you tried to make a zig-zag shape that it becomes every time more spaced but it feels so bad to play :/

To the mapper of this diff: Listen to the music while mapping. You are making a map over a song track, not a song track that plays at the same time some notes happen at the same BPM. Try to "feel" the music and its atmosphere and your maps will improve by a huge margin :).

01:24:684 (3) - Stacking it with (4) plays a lot better

Pls map the rest of the song and map listening to the music. Also stop making random shapes on the streams, sliders and stuff, take a moment to think what fits the music better and things will result a lot more interesting to play.

You have a lot of flow issues as well, I'll point out some as an example and let you work on the rest of the map, it would take me an eternity to mod this otherwise:

Yeah so apart from that, this diff has reading/spacing issues as well. It would seriously take me an eternity to point it all out, you'd end up remapping and stuff... I'll let you figure those out, I'm pretty sure you can, giving you more examples:

00:16:528 (1,2,3) - These look like 1/2 because they have almost the same spacing as the previous 1/2 patterns
01:07:153 (4,5,1) - This is incredibly hard to read for a hard diff player.

Anyway, regarding that "uncomfortableness" that I talk about so much:

There are several ways to determine wether a map is hard. You could say the speed of its streams, the lenght of its jumps, the complexity of its patterns, etc etc etc. These are all difficulty determining components. You can say a map is hard because it has so much jumps, but however, those jumps don't make you "rage" because you "know" you hit 'em but osu! says you did not. You know when you are playing those jumps well, when you are nailing them, and when you are not. This is all achieveable by using the allmighty flow - making every objetct of your map flow well with the previous and next one is what makes a map fun yet challenging. A map is fun to play if, despite its difficulty, you know when you can do it. Making a map not flow well, making uncomfy patterns, adds "virtual" difficulty to the map. The player will rage because he/she won't understeand why osu! says he/she missed, or why he/she misses on the same apparently not-so-hard pattern. Uncomfortableness makes the player separate the map from the song in his mind, because the map fails to catch on with the atmosphere of the song. A comfortable map is also fun because you can play it just feeling the song and letting the map carry your cursor for you, while an uncomfortable map forces you to concentrate on each note because they don't feel natural to play. That is not fun. Hope I made my point clear, I kinda suck at explaining stuff, catch me in-game for more information on this xD
